RMA & Return Policy
Store Return Policy
· ORIGINAL RECEIPT REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGES, WARRANTY SERVICE REPAIRS, OR PRICE MATCHES.
· Returns for refund are accepted within 7 days of purchase
· NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED ON ANY MERCHANDISE AFTER 30 DAYS.
· A 15% RESTOCK FEE ON OPEN BOX MERCHANDISE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL REFUNDS WITHIN 7 DAYS, UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE AND IS EXCHANGED FOR THE IDENTICAL ITEM.
· ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY ON ANY PRODUCT MISSING ORIGINAL BOX, CONTENT, OR ACCESSORIES, OR OTHERWISE NOT IN "LIKE NEW" CONDITION
· NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON:

• SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

• CLEARANCE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE
• Re-CERTIFIED COMPUTERS AND PARTS
· REFUNDS ON PURCHASES MADE BY CASH OVER $100, OR BY CHECK IN ANY AMOUNT WILL BE PAID BY COMPANY CHECK WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF REQUEST.
· INTEREST BILLED ON INVOICES WHEN PAYMENT RECEIVED AFTER DUE DATE.
· UNPAID CHECKS WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 RETURNED CHECK FEE, AND MAY BE DEBITED ELECTRONICALLY FOR BOTH FACE AMOUNT AND FEE.
RMA Return Policy
At Computer Center eStore , we'd like to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below. You may make an exchange or return. Please note that NOT ALL items are covered by our returns policy. You may return your purchased products within 14 days of the invoice date. After 14 days, or if you need Technical Support, Warranty information, Product Manuals or Repair Locations please contact the manufacturer directly. We recommend that you read the complete returns policy before you make your purchase online.
General Policies
- All products to be returned must be sent within 14 days of the invoice date, 100% complete, in "AS BRAND NEW" condition, and must include original packing material, user manuals, blank warranty cards, UPC codes and all accessories provided by the manufacturer.
- All products purchased through On-line Computer Center eStore can NOT be exchanged or credited or repaired at Computer Center retail location.
- Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns or credits will be accepted and cannot be processed without authorized RMA number issue by Computer Center.
- All RMA must be requested within 14 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final. A minimum of 15% restocking fee will be charged for any authorized return merchandise.
- The returned package must be received within 7 business days of the RMA issue date.
- All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
- When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
- Please provide the following information when calling or emailing for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.
- 30 days warranty for CPU's. No credit issued for CPU or memory.
Exceptions to eStore Computer Center Return Policy
To ensure the most efficient processing of your return, please note that sales on certain manufacturers' products are final. Any products that are exceptions to our regular return policy are clearly marked on the "Returns" tab of their respective detailed information page, and cannot be returned to Micro Smart. Please contact the manufacturer for repairs or replacements of these items.
All Other Hardware Products
- May be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
- Credit will not be given on printers, fax machines, build-to-order items, and special orders for any reason. However, exchanges will be allowed if requested within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Please remove all installed ink or toner cartridges prior to repackaging your printer for return. Cartridges left installed during shipping can seriously damage the printer, in which case credit cannot be given. Contain these removed cartridges in either their original packing or a securable plastic bag.
- No Returns are allowed for all software products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for all returns or exchanges.
Discontinued Products
Computer Center eStore will offer specially priced items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer from time to time. These items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are either discontinued by the manufacturer or we no longer carry them in stock, PLEASE NOTE ALL CLEARANCE PRODUCTS (INCLUDING REFURBISHED, NEW AND OPEN BOX ITEMS) PURCHASED FROM Computer Center eStore OR ITS AFFILIATE WEB SITE CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Crediting to Your Account
Credit will be issued within 2 - 3 business days of receiving your returned product. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check, a refund check will be mailed to you within 5 - 10 business days from the time we receive your return.
Changes to the RMA Policy
Computer Center eStore may change RMA Policy at any time, without prior notice. If you access or use our web site after Computer Center eStore posts a change, you accept that change. If you do not accept the change, do not access or use our web site. You should check these terms and conditions of use periodically.
